We aim to produce 100% PCR – Post-Consumer Recycled – plastic granules from post-consumer and pre-consumer materials. With characteristics as close as possible to new material, we ensure high consistency and customisation for each partner.
Given its versatility, plastic has become an omnipresent material in the economy and daily life. Through our technical capability, research, and partnership with our equipment suppliers, we aim to have continuously improving granules. We want to be a reliable partner in developing custom recycled plastics that meet our partners’ product technical specifications.
At SuperPlast, we transform plastic waste into 100% PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) granules, significantly contributing to reducing environmental impact and promoting sustainability.
On our journey towards a more sustainable environment, mechanical recycling is essential. The goal of Group Super – Superplast. is to give plastic a new life through innovative recycling processes for LDPE, HDPE, PS, PP, and Polyamide.
Closing the loop is increasingly moving from ‘nice-to-have’ to ‘must-have’.
The result of our action is that we will have a better planet tomorrow morning than we have today.
Reusing and recycling products would slow down the use of natural resources, reduce landscape and habitat disruption and help to limit biodiversity loss. Another benefit from the circular economy is a reduction in total annual greenhouse gas emissions. The world’s population is growing and with it the demand for raw materials. However, the supply of crucial raw materials is limited. Recycling raw materials mitigates the risks associated with supply, such as price volatility, availability and import dependency.
A circular economy is one in which waste and pollution is reduced by refurbishing, repairing, reusing, recycling and sharing (such as tool banks, car-sharing etc) what we have so that products and materials stay in use for much longer. The Ellen McArthur Foundation defines it as “a system which is regenerative by design”. A global circular economy also promises significant commercial and societal benefits as well as better enabling us to protect the environment and alleviate the growing climate crisis.
Transforming plastic waste into 100% PCR granules is essential for promoting a circular economy. In this way, we are reducing the amount of plastic discarded in landfills and preventing environmental pollution, while also giving new life to materials, closing the production and consumption cycle.
We produce Recycled Plastic according to each partner specifications, so that its usage is as efficient as possible.
