We work closely with education systems, constantly seeking new solutions and improving the manufacturing of plastic resins.

LAB

Thanks to our in-house testing laboratories, many tests are included with every batch. These include flowability (MFI), color measurements on the granules, density, bulk density or volatile matter/moisture measurement.

We invested in a modern Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to reduce environmental impact and preserve natural resources.

SuperPlast is committed to clean and renewable energy solutions, including solar energy generated by panels installed in our facilities.

Technology and EREMA’s Laser Filter.

After a meticulous sorting and intensive washing process, our crushed rigid or flexible plastic is “delivered” to the extrusion processing stage. With our state-of-the-art EREMA extruders, featuring dual degassing and a two-stage filtration system with laser filter and very fine mesh metal screen filter, the result is pure and homogeneous granules.
